Motivation:

Dear benefactor, I am a second-year postgrad student at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I have been at this university since 2015 and I have had the same laptop since 2016! The laptop charger has been replaced twice already and now the body is falling apart - it's so bad that I can't even close my laptop anymore. I desperately need a new laptop because I cannot afford one and my current one is on life support. It doesn't stay on unless it is plugged in, which means I can't use my laptop for anything doing load shedding or rolling blackouts. I completed my National Diploma in 2017, my BTech degree in 2019, and I currently completing my Master's degree in Public Relations. My baby, my laptop has helped me to further my studies and I am hoping a kind stranger will help me in this regard. Before the pandemic, I would use the school PCs but I have not been on campus as our classes have moved online. Please, I cannot plead with you enough, bless me with a laptop. God bless!
