To whom it may concern
I am doing Advanced Diploma in Public Admin in CPUT. I do not have any funding. I attend online class through my phone which is faulty the battery does not last, I always miss out on classes and I am left behind.
A PC would help me to be able to save my academic year. I can avail my proof of registration anytime.
