Motivation:

I am a sports coach, working for schools, clubs and development programs. We offer a niche activity with fencing. The economic downturn over the past few years has hit us hard in growing the sport, and in mentoring the next generation of club leaders. This is now even more then case with this pandemic. The lack of resources have meant that we have not been able to maintain investment in the necessary computers that we need. This has been exposed as in this lockdown phase, we now run online programs which is challenging with current the laptop. I am mentoring someone in Delft who has his own development club, who would also benefit enormously from access to a functional laptop. I would then have access to the necessary materials to coach more effectively.
