Motivation:

Dear Sir/Madam As a student at an Open Distance Learning institution, UNISA, I have developed a huge understanding of a need for me to have daily access to a computer so that I can be able to perform the best of my ability. However, I find myself being disadvantaged because a laptop being one of the most important tools for me to best perform in my academics because of the nature of our university, unfortunately as I come from a poor background I can't afford to get my self one or even a tablet while I have grown a desperate need of it. It is for this reason that I'm hopeful that you will consider my application for the device. I'm am confident that your donation will be for nothing. It will also open more opportunities for me to be digitally literate and I will even enable me to do a small reliable business of doing flyers, posters, slides, and logos for people and small companies and make some cash to buy Data and other essential school-related needs. For me, this won't be just a device, but it will be also a one step further from escaping poverty and I will never forget it. Some people that I will be helping in the future, having credit will go to you because you would have assisted me to get t there.
